2017 DIRECTV attack campaign against cable competitors. Priority was to drive demand for DIRECTV service by demonstrating superiority and value over cable. Primary proof point was DIRECTV was rated #1 in customer satisfaction over cable for 17 years running, showing service and dedication that cable can't beat.
